Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped the same day, as long as we receive it before 3:00 p.m. (EST). Orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending upon customer distance from 75 North Main Street, Suite 1083, Randolph, MA, 02368. All orders with a Post Office Box address will ship USPS Priority Mail. Next Day Air shipping will be through UPS only. Solvent ink orders that required air shipping must include Air Shipping Solvents charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unopened items may be returned for full refund within 30 days from purchase. Return shipping to us will not be reimbursed.

Damaged items received will be replaced at no charge. Damaged items must be returned to us. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
